We invite you to experience the Stayover by Ausco way of lifestyle focused workforce accommodation.
We know the FIFO/DIDO lifestyle can be hard. It means time away from your loved ones, yet it doesn't need to mean time away from creature comforts, social networks, healthy food and exercise regimes. Stayover by Ausco villages aim to promote and maintain guests' physical and mental health by ensuring they feel well, healthy and safe.
Did you know that the World Health Organisation says that adequate nourishment can raise national productivity levels by 20%?
Stayover guests have the benefit of three nutritious, fully catered meals each and every day. Indulge in local flavours via an extensive buffet selection, cook-to-order grills and bean-to-cup coffee. Refuel and re-energise with healthy, locally sourced ever-changing menus prepared by the onsite village chef. Our villages also host a variety of pop-up food offerings and themed dinner nights for our residents to enjoy.
It's no secret that regular exercise is not only good for our physical being, but also our mental state. Whether you're keen to pump iron in the gym or take a low impact walk or swim, Stayover by Ausco villages are designed to encourage our residents to stay active.
Central to the villages are exercise and recreation areas supported by guest services. Village facilities include gyms, outdoor fitness and stretching stations, walking/running tracks and more.

Stayover by Ausco villages are planned with the comfort and functionality of our guests in mind. Whether it's something as simple as the furniture of the outdoor recreational areas or the signage to guide guests around the village, we understand that it's the little things that make a big difference.
Our villages are connected by winding pathways which integrate with extensive landscaping elements and award-winning gardens. Clusters of accommodation buildings are conveniently close to guest services such as laundries and central facilities.
From site plans and village layout features, landscaping and recreational facilities, to room configuration, furniture design and fit-outs, Stayover by Ausco aims to set new standards in the design of regional remote workforce accommodation for a home-away-from-home experience.
Facilitating positive interactions and the formation of social bonds between residents is vital to creating the home-away-from-home environment necessary to mitigate mental health impacts associated with FIFO/DIDO schedules.
Stayover villages incorporate numerous internal and external communal or relaxation spaces. Residents can relax in contemporary lounge areas to catch up on the latest news or read a book, or play a game of pool or watch the footy in a centrally located entertainment centre. Strategically placed outdoor BBQ areas ensure residents can enjoy the landscaped village grounds and the company of their colleagues and friends. Freshly prepared BBQ packs are readily available to allow our guests to make the most of these facilities.
